6S audits are leveraged company wide to sustain and continuously improve cleanliness, efficiency, ergonomics, and overall employee safety. All employees are involved, presented with the data and rewarded for exceptional performance.
To keep up with the most recent safety practices and standards, Counterpart, Inc. maintains AWS certifications in our weld department.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Counterpart, Inc. was declared an Essential Manufacturing Support Company and continued to operate without any break in service to our customer base. Additionally, we instituted a company wide sanitation process for regularly scheduled cleaning of all common company contact surfaces.
