INTRODUCING YOUR NEW POINT OF CONTACT AT COUNTERPART, INC.
Introducing Your New Point of Contact at Counterpart, Inc.
As Counterpart continues to support our customers and grow into 2026, we want to share an important update regarding our sales and customer support structure.
Adam Longtin has transitioned into the role of Sales Engineer and will serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries moving forward.
Adam has been with Counterpart for over a decade, working across production, engineering, and operations. His background includes hands-on experience with CNC equipment, fabrication, process development, and project execution—bringing a practical, shop-floor understanding to every customer interaction.
Adam’s path into manufacturing started early—working on a neighbor’s farm before heading to engineering school. Through a connection there, he joined Counterpart while in college, and over the past 14 years has worked across production, engineering, and operations. That hands-on experience continues to shape how he approaches customer work today: with a practical, can-do mindset and a focus on finding solutions, even when the path isn’t obvious. He enjoys working directly with customers to solve problems and create value by aligning design with real-world manufacturing capabilities. Outside of work, Adam stays close to the industry through motorsports, where performance, reliability, and execution all matter—and where there’s no room for assumptions or unanswered questions.
This transition allows us to align our customers with someone who understands not just quoting and timelines—but how parts are made.
