What Career path interests you?

The metal fabricator operates machines such as saws, shears, brakes, punch presses, and laser machines.

Our technicians work to keep our machines, mechanical equipment, and  structure of our establishment at world class levels. Our technicians are skilled in troubleshooting, critical thinking, and preventative maintenance.

Our quality department ensures the products we produce maintain our high  standards throughout the production process.

The welder is responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations within our manufacturing space.

As a programmer you will develop programs to control machining or processing of parts through automatic machine tools, systems, and equipment.

Engineering is responsible for applying continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing. Our engineers enhance the quality, reliability and cost effectiveness of manufacturing at Counterpart, Inc.

The assembler uses tools and their hands to put together components for a variety of products.

Our shipping and receiving employees verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments while preparing items for transport.

Sales and customer service employees ensure our clients are satisfied by resolving problems with products and answering questions about products and availability.

Painters are responsible for applying powder paint to various products, depending on the customer specifications.
